After the application is ready for review, we give our owners a detailed report and recommendations based on the strength of the applicant.
MOVING IN A NEW TENANT
- Preparation of rental or lease agreement and all mandatory disclosures
- Collection of the security deposit and first month's rent
- Provide tenant with a “Statement of Condition” at time of possession to be completed by the tenant which documents the condition upon move in and is kept on file in our office.
- Instruct tenant to pay rent on time and maintain the property in its current condition
